No Win95 network login

When I start Windows 95, I don't receive a Windows or a Network Logon dialogue box, even though a network is connected and the Primary Network Logon field is set correctly.

To get around this problem use the registry editor (regedit.exe) to delete "AutoLogon=<x>" in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Network\Real Mode Net registry key:
The system should then begin prompting you with a logon dialogue box.
