The keys to dialogue boxes
When you're working in a dialogue box, you may find that it's more efficient to keep your hands on the keyboard than to repeatedly switch back and forth between keyboard and mouse. To move among dialogue box controls without using the mouse, press <Tab> and <Shift>-<Tab>, or press <Alt> plus the underlined letter of a specific control to activate it. You can also use the spacebar to toggle option buttons and checkboxes on and off. û John Walkenbach | Category:spreadsheet Issue: January 1999 |
