Earlier versions of IomegaWare came bundled with about 10-15MB of tools. Unfortunately, not all these extra goodies behaved, so Iomega have now cut IomegaWare back down to its core. If you wish to keep using tools such as Iomega Backup, RecordIt or QuikSync then you will need to separately reinstall these programs. The 4.5MB update also fixes some bugs and still includes the CopyMachine functionality, which is now integrated into various Windows Explorer right-click menus. IomegaWare 2.5.1 can be applied to any Iomega drive except ZipCD, Ditto, Buz or Clik Parallel Port drives. It is available at www.iomega.com or this monthÆs cover CD.
