Christopher Ong asks us to recommend an e-mail program besides Outlook Express that can handle multiple e-mail accounts. "The problem with Outlook Express is that you can have only one default mail account," Ong writes, and that makes it too easy to send mail from the wrong account.

Jerry Hale wonders if there's an easy way to view subjects and sender addresses of messages before downloading them from an ISP. "I receive unwanted e-mail that is sometimes as large as 1.5MB," Hale groans.
