A crash e-mail diet for IE 4
My comments concern Jackson Hawk's query in the April Help Screen (Put Internet Explorer on an e-mail diet, p158). I also encountered the inflated .mbx folders of IE e-mail systems, in both IE 3 and IE 4. With the help of a suggestion from Telstra Big Pond tech support I periodically clean out these folders by simply deleting them one at a time. You will find that they are "repaired" and restored when you exit and restart the e-mail program. This works in Outlook Express too. û Larry Endebrock | Category:Internet Issue: July 1998 |
